Pupils of the  week this week were Isabel for her reading, Kyle for hard work with his reading comprehension activities and Madelyn for writing interesting stories with great spelling. High five to the three of you!

When it was time to eat the soup, we first cut our buns into halves (to practice our fractions) and then it was time to eat the soup just like the hungry giant,

We have been reading The Giant's Soup this week so for Golden Time we made vegetable soup.

We chopped up and added lots of yummy vegetables.

Our classroom had lots of delicious smells.

Thomas got pupil of the week for working hard with his writing and alphabet work. Chelsea got pupil of the week for huge improvement with her reading. High five to both of you.
